adequate stay but some disappointments

ineffective air conditioning open shower

the location was acceptable, providing easy access to shopping and dining (it was quite central).

i encountered several issues . the air conditioning was not effective, requiring maintenance to fix it. additionally, the open shower design in the room lacked curtains, inconvenient and caused the air conditioning to be less effective when using hot water.

Really good Team and Great Location

great location wide variety super clean condition nice toiletries

I enjoyed a wonderful stay lasting four nights. The location proved convenient with easy access to shops and the Duomo (it made exploring simple). The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I appreciated the super clean condition of my room each day and the nice toiletries provided.

The reception area IS small. It barely accommodates the staff and guests.

clean room separate toilet central location weak ac daily breakfast staff communication

The room was clean. The bathroom had a nice shower and a separate toilet. The location was super central, so it was easy to visit main sites.

The a/c BARELY worked. It was too weak to warm the room, and the temperature was too cold for my taste especially WITH zero temps outside. Breakfast was the same every single day, and the selection was reasonable. The staff DID not communicate these details upfront.

lovely central stay

friendly staff perfect location

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Communication was easy. the location is amazing, very close to tourist spots, so i walked everywhere (it was quite convenient!). at checkout, the reception quickly arranged a taxi for me, which i appreciated.

This was a bit disturbing at night.

central location breakfast variety tea amenity

the location was very central! it made getting around quite easy. the breakfast had a good variety of options including an egg station and fresh orange juice. my room had coffee and tea making facilities, i appreciated that amenity.

The lighting in the room could have been better. It was difficult for makeup application.
